How long will my order take to deliver?
In Australia
- Express shipping – 1-3 business days
- Free shipping – Usually 2-7 business days

How long will my order take to dispatch?
We dispatch all products within 1 business day, no if’s and but’s!
Which courier do you use to send my parcel?
90%+ of our orders in Australia are dispatched through Australia Post. For the rest of the 10%, we use the gamut of reputable couriers operating in Australia, including StarTrack, FastWay, Sendle etc. We choose the couriers with the most cost/time effective solution for your needs.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer various shipping options tailored to your needs:
- Free standard tracked postage Australia wide.
- Express Shipping Australia wide from $15
- International shipping available – Please send us a message
Is local pickup available?
Yes, we can certainly arrange Local Pickup on all of our products from Rochedale South. Kindly let us know if you intend to pickup and we will arrange accordingly.
Warranty and Returns

What is vehiclab's 100% fitment guarantee?
Vehiclab guarantees all products will fit the vehicle as described on our website and your order confirmation . If a product does not fit the stated vehicle, we will work with you to offer either a full refund for a return or an exchange.
We will require evidence of the fitment problem with the details of the vehicle. When claiming a Fitment Guarantee issue, please provide the following information in an email:
- Photos and/or videos of the fitment issue
- Make, model, year and trim of the requested vehicle
This will allow us to troubleshoot the issue and provide you with further information. Once your return is approved, kindly ensure that the mats are returned in a “as new” resalable condition for us to process a full refund upon receipt of the return.
Items returned that do not comply with the above conditions may be refused.
What is vehiclab's 60 day change of mind policy?
If for whatever reason you decide to change your mind with your purchase within 60 days, we will accept a return from you for a full refund or exchange with no questions asked. This policy is offered in conjunction with your statutory consumer rights under Australian law. You will however need to obtain approval from us before sending the items back. Your purchase is subject to the following conditions to be eligible for the 60 day change of mind policy:
- Products should be received at our warehouse within 60 days from the original purchase date
- The returned products should be in an “as new” resalable condition. If the product is deemed used, this policy will be void
- All items that came with the original purchase must be returned together e.g. clips for holding mats
- Return postage cost to be covered by the buyer. If returning for an exchange, we will work with you to cover some of the shipping costs for the new item
Items returned that do not comply with the above conditions may be refused.

At Vehiclab, we totally understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you are faced with a reason that you need to return the goods back to us, kindly send us an email on info@vehiclab.com.au and we will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome.
What is vehiclab's warranty?
At Vehiclab, we are confident in the quality of products that we bring to the market. Our standard warranty policies based on product categories are as listed below and are subject to terms and conditions:
- All Weather 3D/5D Floor Mats – 5 years
- All Weather 3D/ 5D Boot Liners – 3 years
- All Weather Premium Rubber Floor Mats – 3 years
Of course, under Australian Law, our products sold in Australia cannot be excluded under any Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can absolutely cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse yet, we will cancel the order for a full refund immediately. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will need to return the goods back to us in an “as new” and resalable condition. Once we have received the goods back, we will process a full refund for you minus the postage cost that we had incurred. The postage costs vary by products and service and we will inform you of the same at the time your cancellation is being processed.
How do i make a warranty claim?
If the purchased product is faulty or not “fit for purpose”, we are sorry and we want to hear from you. Kindly send us an email on info@vehiclab.com.au
